About Mae Steigler
Mae Steigler serves as CEO of Organifi and is responsible for the alignment and development of people and processes. Since its founding in 2014, she has played a key role in growing Organifi from a startup to over $100 million in total revenue, making INC. 5000’s fastest-growing companies list four times, and being awarded Forbes Great Places to Work for the three years in a row.
Joining Drew Canole, Organifi’s founder, in 2011, Mae worked alongside him to build Fitlife.tv, a health transformation digital marketing and content startup. Applying her background in nutrition and research, Mae gained priceless entrepreneurial experience building a community from several thousand to over three million on Facebook, a digital membership, and creating from the ground up a group coaching and certification program by leveraging new technologies.
Three years later Organifi launched. Mae was instrumental in the build-out of new roles and business functions such as influence marketing, human resources, and operations, fostering progressive team growth from three to 90. Shifting from a digital content marketing company to a physical product superfoods giant provided invaluable learning for Mae as she grew with the company. Her specialties are problem-solving, high emotional intelligence, people development, and navigation of organizational change for business and team success.
