2025 Global Food Contact Materials Regulations

January 30 | 12 PM EST

As global policies change, keeping up with the latest rules on Food Contact Materials (FCM), such as PFAS, can be a notable obstacle. Failing to understand these regulations could lead to compliance issues and could even jeopardize your access to the market. From developments in North America and the European Union to key updates in Japan, staying informed is essential for businesses operating in these regions.

Join this webinar to explore the current regulatory landscape and challenges in key global markets, led by Dr. Ioan Paraschiv. As a leader in the FFCM Division at knoell, Dr. Paraschiv provides regulatory and technical support for FCM registration in the EU, USA, China, and Mercosur. This session will provide a comprehensive overview of the most pressing topics in FCM, equipping you with the knowledge to adapt to these changes effectively.

 In this live webinar, you’ll:

    • Learn about the latest regulatory developments on PFAS in the United States and Canada and their potential impact on your business.
    • Understand updates to regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic FCM and food contact articles and how they may affect operations in the EU.
    • Explore Japan’s FCM regulations and their importance to U.S. and EU companies navigating global markets.
