Evolving Ingredient Safety: Navigating FDA’s Proactive Shift to Food Additives and Chemicals

July 31 | 12 PM EST

As the FDA continues to update its approach to food additives and food-related chemicals, food and beverage companies need to safeguard their ingredient compliance given increasingly stringent regulations.

The FDA is transitioning from a reactive to a proactive approach in evaluating food chemicals. With the reevaluation of legacy substances like BHT, BHA, and ADA—and potential overhauls to the GRAS system—CPG and food & beverage (F&B) companies are facing new layers of complexity.

Join research and development and regulatory professionals and learn how to manage ingredient sourcing and formulation compliance with the FDA’s updated regulatory framework.

In this webinar, you’ll discover:

  • Implications from FDA’s proactive stance on chemical safety and ingredient reevaluations
  • Strategies for R&D in light of potential ingredient bans
